The on-site concierge team at 1625 Ocean is dedicated to curating a best-in-class experience for owners. Rooted in hospitality, the concierge is personally trained in 5-star services and Les Clefs d’Orstandards by Head of Hospitality Michael Romei, formerly of the Waldorf-Astoria Towers New York, Boca Raton Resort & Club, and the Faena Miami. Concierge team members are available 7 days a week to assist with anything our owners and their guests may need. They specialize in premium service arrangements including private jets and yachts, restaurant reservations and recommendations, pool and in-residence wellness menu reservations, coordination of housekeeping access and so much more.
